Appointment Booking

  • All appointments must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting us directly.

  • A valid credit card and a non-refundable deposit are required to secure and confirm all bookings.

  • Deposits will be applied to the total service cost at check-out.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid fees.

  • Appointments canceled within 24 hours will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost, and a new deposit will be required for rebooking.

  • Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and will incur a cancellation fee.

Payment Methods

  • We accept Afterpay, cash, and all major credit cards.

  • Full payment, including any add-ons or upgrades, is due at the time of service.

Refund Policy

  • All services and products are non-refundable.

  • If you have concerns about a service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address them.

Health and Safety

  • To ensure your safety and ours, please disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or recent procedures before your appointment.

  • Each treatment is tailored to your skin’s needs, and adjustments may be made during the session.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any service deemed unsafe.

Children and Guests

  • To maintain a serene and professional environment, only guests receiving services are allowed in the treatment area.

  • Children under 17 require parental consent and must be accompanied by a guardian in non-treatment areas.

Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Available in preset values of $50, $100, $150, or a flexible amount of your choice.

  • Gift cards are sent via email and include options for a personalized message.

Reminder System

  • Appointment reminders will be sent via text 48 hours and 24 hours before your scheduled visit.

  • Intake forms and post-care instructions are automatically emailed after booking and service completion.

Facility Access

  • Our front door remains locked during service hours for security purposes. Please call or text upon arrival to be let in.

Additional Policies

  • A new deposit will be required for all rescheduled appointments.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting inappropriate behavior or failing to adhere to these policies.
